What’s In Your Breakfast?

Did you know that a 30g serving of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes has more salt in than a small packet of Walkers ready salted crisps?

Or that 3/4 of the most popular children’s cereals contain as much sugar per serving as a jam donut?

It’s what I learned today by watching the latest Dispatches programme by Channel 4 - “What’s in your breakfast?”. If you like your breakfast cereals or if you’re simply interested in good healthy food, you should definitely watch this!

Breakfast cereals aren’t all healthy! Too much sugar and too much salt, most of them should be avoided… And I’ll continue on my bread-jam breakfast diet :)
