Recipe Selection #1: Spinach, Biscuits & Ice Cream!

Part of my job consists in reading food blogs and looking for inspiring new recipes. Between RSS feeds on Google Reader, Twitter and random searches on Google, I read dozens of articles/recipes/posts per day. So I came up with the idea of giving you each week a selection of recipes and/or articles that have caught my attention. They may or may not be related to the fruit or veg featured that week on Serial Cooking and will come from various sources because - and I’m sure you’ll all agree with me - there are a lot of great food blogs out there!
