Recipe: Clementine & Prawn Appetizer - Recette: Amuse-bouche Clémentine & Crevette

There’s nothing easier than putting clementines and prawns on sticks. Make a good sauce to go with it. Job done. It’s light, quite original and quick to make. Wonderful appetizers!

Clementine & prawn appetizers

Makes 20 appetizers - Ready in 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 20 cooked prawns
  • 20 clementine segments
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • salt & pepper
  • 20 cocktails sticks

Preparation

  • Put 1 prawn and 1 clementine segment on each cocktail stick.
  • Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper.
  • Plate and serve.

Amuse-bouche Clémentine & Crevette

Pour 20 amuse-bouches - Prêt en 15 minutes

Ingrédients

  • 20 crevettes cuites
  • 20 quartiers de clémentines
  • 200g fromage type St Moret
  • 2 cs jus de citron
  • 1 cs huile d’olive
  • 1 cs persil ciselé
  • 1 cs ciboulette ciselée
  • sel & poivre
  • 20 pics en bois

Préparation

  • Enfilez une crevette et un quartier de clémentine sur chaque pic en bois.
  • Mélangez le fromage avec le jus de citron, l’huile d’olive, le persil et la ciboulette. Salez et poivrez.
  • Placez le tout sur une assiette de service.
