2008 Food Blog Awards

Submitted by Nathalie on Thursday, 22 January 2009No Comment

Each year the Well Fed Network hosts the Food Blog Awards, to reward food bloggers in 14 different categories.

The WFN judges have selected 5 blogs for each category among all those who were nominated. Now it’s your turn to choose and vote for your favourite!

The categories are the following: chef - city - drink - family/kids - group - humour - industry - new - overall - photography - post - rural - theme - writing.

Voting closes on Saturday 24th January and winners will be announced on Monday 26th January.

I’ve had a quick look through all the categories and spotted some very interesting blogs, which I think are worth following. I’ve also participated in these awards and voted for my favourite food blog in the “photography” category, which is La Tartine Gourmande, a blog written by a French lady who now lives in the USA. I’ve discovered it a few months ago and I find her recipes, styling and pictures amazing.

Last year, 101 Cookbooks was awarded the title of Best Food Blog of the Year. Who do you think will win this year?

You’ve got 2 days left to vote so go now and pick your favourite food blog - and come back to tell me which one it is!
