		<description>my god I remember two years ago, the morning after max's cousin's birthday, we were washing out the village hall and the lunch meal was "onion soup".... 
as far as I am concerned I cannot eat that meal because onion and garlic are ingredients tough to digest (small quantities only), but it seems very good since max helped himself twice.</description>

		<description>Ca y est !!! J'ai fait la soupe à l'oignon ce soir !! Mon 1er essai de Serial cooking !!
Bon, je n'avais que des oignons rouges...et j'ai pas voulu attendre de faire les courses pour en prendre des "jaunes" !
Alors c'était très bon !
Je dirai juste que la tartine n'est pas facile à manger (on avait un peu l'air de petits cochons...), et que c'est peut-être mieux de la couper en morceaux et la mettre dans la soupe ensuite. Mais sinon la tartine entière présente très bien.
Pour 2 personnes, j'ai mis 3 oignons et 1/2 litre de bouillon, et la soupe était assez "pateuse", donc j'ai rajouté un peu d'eau pour la rendre plus liquide.
